120529 - Ryeowook has become a better cook because of Leeteuk

Super Junior‘s Ryeowook selected leader Leeteuk as the pickiest eater in Super Junior.
Ryeowook and actor Lee Hyun Woo were teamed up for the May 28th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Come To Play – Chef King‘ special.
The hosts began to question Ryeowook about his culinary skills to which he replied, “I’m one of the maknaes of the group. There are a few members that are picky eaters, so after trying to match their demands, my culinary skills naturally improved.”
MC Yoo Jae Suk then followed up by asking who the pickiest eater in Super Junior is, to which Ryeowook immediately blurted, “Leeteuk.” The MCs then joked that Leeteuk should instead be called Eepteuk with eep/ip meaning “mouth” in Korean, and teuk meaning “special/strange”.
Meanwhile, the team that was crowned ‘Chef King’ was Sungmin and Yoon Hyung Bin. Others that guested on this episode were 2AM‘s Changmin and Kwon Oh Joong.

120524 - Donghae and Yoon Seungah confirmed for “Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog” drama

Super Junior’s Donghae and actress Yong Seungah are confirmed to be playing the lead roles in Channel A’s upcoming romantic comedy titled “Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog.”

Donghae is set to play the role of “Mr. Hedgehog” who is described to have a stoic personality and unique hairstyle. Yoon Seungah, on the other hand, is described to have a calming personality. The two characters will quarrel a lot before developing a romantic relationship.
Channel A further revealed that the project might possibly start airing this summer.

Super Junior’s Donghae will team up with Yoon Seung Ah for the upcoming Channel A drama “Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog.” The two will play the leading couple role for the new romantic comedy/melo drama.
Donghae’s character in the drama is reported to have a wicked and mischievous side that will remind you of a hedgehog. Yoon Seung Ah, on the other hand, will play the softer character with a relaxed personality.
For Yoon Seung Ah, this is her first lead character in a TV drama series, reflecting her increased popularity following the wild success of MBC “The Moon that Embraces the Sun.”
“Ms. Panda and Mr. Hedgehog” has recently started filming and it’s expected to air its first episode in July.

120524 - Super Junior mesmerizes 25,000 fans at Google Concert

Super Junior Performed at ‘MBC Korean Music Wave in Google’ at Mountain View, California [PHOTOS]
Asia’s star Super Junior took its first step to become a star in America as well.
Super Junior graced the stage last night at Google headquarters in Mountain View for ‘MBC Korean Music Wave in Google’ appearing second to last delivering a splendid performance.
Super Junior performed 3 of their hit songs ‘Superman,’ ‘Mr. Simple’ and ‘Sorry Sorry’ the boys had the whole crowd of 25,000 fans mesmerized.
Super Junior received the loudest response from the crowd. The boys seemed especially popular with Chinese Americans and international students.
A group that consists of 9 members is a rare sight almost nowhere to be seen even around the world. Super Junior’s powerful performance with loud sound and beats, and great choreography seemed to be recognized as one of the most memorable performance of the show.
Each member of Super Junior took turns introducing themselves however it was sad for the fans and members for Siwon to be missing the show. It would have been better for Siwon to have attended the performance that many fans have stated to be the most memorable.
This one performance is meaningful than merely appearing for 15 minutes but that it was held at Google headquarters in front of many non-Koreans as well as being broadcasted worldwide.
